Rajiv Dixit: Kumhars were Great Scientists On YouTube.
The Kumhars in Bharat were great scientists who were aware of the kind of soil needed for different type of utensils. Rajiv Dixit also mentions that building a pressure cooker was not beyond us as aluminium was easily available in Bharat. We chose earthenware cooking pots because they retain the nutrition of the food, unlike pressure cooker which destroys 97% micro-nutrients. All this was found after research.
